The Client: 
Viacom is home to the world's premier entertainment brands that connect with audiences through compelling content across television, motion picture, online and mobile platforms in over 160 countries and territories.

The Objective:
In collaboration with Gensler and our Dealer partner, design a customized furniture solution to meet Viacom's unique storage needs and style preferences.  Standard Haworth product was not going to be sufficient for this mockup opportunity, so I was responsible for designing a customized furniture solution to meet their unique storage needs and style preferences. It needed to be functional, beautiful, and integrate naturally into the workstation.

The Process:
Define and understand the clients storage needs and preferences, and familiarize with Viacom's brand identity.  Research standard product construction and discuss with product engineers in Holland, MI. Search also for alternate storage solutions outside of the contract furniture market to gain insight and inspiration. Utilize that knowledge to develop sketches to be reviewed by the product engineers and eventually drafted as 2D and 3D CAD drawings, including Isometrics and informal renderings.
